The Media Enhanced Classroom of the Future

The Center for Bioinformatics and Health Promotion is a 24-seat multimedia classroom optimized for today's learning environment. Located on the ground floor in the LRC, this classroom is used for regular Bolton School of Nursing classes, special events, and as a computer lab when schedules permit.

The classroom has 24 individual workstations with recessed monitors and comfortable desk and seating space. Each station has a Dell Optiplex (specs listed below). The classroom also has a state of the art teaching station, which includes a Dell Optiplex workstation, document projection, LCD projection, and an interactive White Board. There is also an HP Laser Jet 8150 printer and wireless network access for those who have enabled laptops.
